Shanghai China Travel International Ltd. (abbreviated as Shanghai CTS) Shanghai CTS MICE Co. Ltd. (abbreviated as Shanghai CTS MICE)Est. in 1956, one of the most historical travel services in China;

Shanghai CTS now has a staff strength of 780 travel and MICE experts in East China (Shanghai, Suzhou & Hangzhou);

In July 11, 2016, the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council of PRC (SASAC) announced the restructuring of CTS Group and CITS Group. CITS Group became a wholly owned subsidiary of CTS Group, and CTS Group was renamed China National Travel Service Group after the merger.
At present, China National Travel Service Group is the largest tourism central enterprises with the most complete industrial chain and the most obvious advantages of business collaboration. It now has a total staff of more than fifty thousand.
CTS group was founded in 1928, it is a key enterprise directly managed by the central government, with business covering scenic spots, travel agencies, hotels, real estate, finance, logistics etc. CTS businesses was operated in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and many overseas countries, with total assets of over 110 billion RMB Yuan.
China CITS group was founded in 1954, it is a central enterprise supervised by the SASAC. Its tourism industry covers travel services, duty-free goods distribution, development and management of comprehensive tourism projects, transportation and e-commerce etc. CITS group is one of the largest and strongest travel agencies in china. In 2014, CITS brand value reached a new height of 35 billion 500 million RMB Yuan, leading the Chinese tourism service industry in 11 consecutive years.
